So far my Friday is going fabulous. How's yours?I read the news this morning online. I really shouldn't do that too often. I found it mostly sad and depressing (as always). To perk myself up I went on a hunt for some "happy news" and I found THIS news story about a frog wedding. Funny, cute and weird. Read any happy news stories today - do share?
Random info: Weather in Cape Town is not so good today. Winter may be arriving sooner than expected. I may get to wear my new coat soon. Hooray!
Tomorrow is "Earth Hour". To celebrate it I was thinking of going out with The Boyf to a restaurant. When the lights go out there will be candle light. Romantic and pretty. I think we should do an Earth Hour every week.

Don't know if you the know the small town of Citrusdal (it's about 180km from Cape Town),it is a bit cloudy here today,but still warm.
I agree with you on the Earth Hour every week,it would have a bigger impact that way.My mom and I were just discussing this over lunch.

The Earth Hour sounds awesome. And I seem to recall something similar occurring in Paris...
You should avoid all real news and go to www.happynews.com it keeps you in a total oblivious cloud of happiness with no knowledge of the outside world. It's wonderful

Oh and I finally got a gorgeous coat at Hang Ten (I was surprised 'cause usually their clothes aren't my taste), it's black and exactly what I was looking for! I can't wait to wear it. And I got some cute flat boots (also black) from Truworths to go with it. :)
