I'm a tad over-emotional so I tend to cry a lot, or something gets in my eyes and I rub them, or my face gets all sweaty and my mascara runs... either way I end up looking like a raccoon and I'm so sick of it! My Godmother got extensions a few weeks ago and she looked amazing, I was so envious! I thought I'd never be able to afford them...until this competition came along!

I'd love to win this to use in August - it's the month of my birthday and also the month I'm expecting a visit from my faraway flame - we crushed on each other for four years before getting an opportunity to act on it - on the eve of his moving to another country for work on contract. We're trying to keep it up over the interwebs and I'd love to be sporting some lovely long lashes while he's out here so I can bat them in his direction ;)

ReplyDeleteFirstly, I hardly ever wear make-up. If I do, it's a little bit of mascara and lipstick. I hear having lash extensions is the way to go!
I've never been able to go for lash extensions, or afford them. I'd love to have them done and maybe recommend it to the VL magazine readers.

In my 33 years on this earth I have been unable to find a mascara that doesn't leave me with raccoon eyes within an hour or two, so I just don't bother anymore. And I'm seriously co-ordinationaly challenged, so I just can't get the hang of applying the ones from the store. This could be a game-changer for my look... :)

ReplyDeleteA recently took a trip to London to visit my now boyfriend who I hadn't seen in 4 months. After a long 16 hour flight, I was dying for a ciggie (awful habit, I know!) but unfortunately had to throw out my lighter when going through security at the airport. Upon arriving at his house, I used his gas stove to light my ciggie. I got a little too close to the flame...when POOF!... I singed my usually long lashes on my left eye! I am now lopsided with long lashes on my right eye and short, stumpy lashes on my left! I am absolutely useless at trying to use false lashes so PLEASE Being Brazen, please help me look balanced again! (I only saw this post today so I hope I'm not too late! :( )
